“Your Amazon Best Seller in 24 Hours! --An Expert's How to Write a Book Step-by-Step Guide”
How would you like to have a best selling book, in just 24 hours? When you've finished this article, you'll know exactly how to do it!
by Steve Manning
There's a strategy you can use to make your book number 1 at amazon.com. And when you have the best-seller badge, your book has still more credibility that will propel it, and you, to the top of other best seller lists. And, wonderfully, the process is delightfully simple and easy to produce over and over again. Here's all you have to do…
Your first step, even before you've finished your book, is to start gathering contacts of people who will work with you and help you achieve your goals. Your goal? To get a #1 listing either in a specific category or (wonder of wonders) as an overall positioning.
Now let me give you a very quick explanation of the overall strategy, and then we can go into details as space and time allows.
You have about l0 marketing entrepreneurs, each with a customer list of about 20,000, who agree to help you. Each has a Special report or promotional item that will add to the value and experience of your book, giving the reader more details, more resources, more details and, especially, more value. That's 10 special reports and each of them is sent to you to distribute freely.
You want your book to become #1 on a particular day. It really doesn't matter what the day is, but ideally it is a day when there's nothing of any real interest happening in the news, or around the world, and the weather is bad. In short, you want a day when the largest number of people will be on the internet, or reading their emails.
Each of your 10 associates is told to send out a promotional email to their list on a particular day, at a particular time. Not only does the email extol the virtues of your book, but it tells the reader that they'll get an additional 10 bonuses if they order book from amazon on this particular day.

With you and your 10 colleagues all promoting your book for purchase on the same day, you'll create a wave of sales for that title on that day. Depending on certain elements and your ability to move prospects to buy, your book could easily become a best seller on Amazon.com if only for a short while, perhaps even a single day. But it still entitles you to get those "#1 bestseller on Amazon.com" stickers created for the rest of your print run, and incorporate the information onto the cover when you go back to press.
All the buyers on that day send you some invoice identifying information to prove they actually bought on that day, and you send them the special reports in ebook form.
Okay, let's get to some of the details, now. First, why would those 10 nice folks want to help you. Well, there's nothing altruistic here. Each of those 10 folks will have promotional and contact information in their special reports. Remember, you're doing all the work of distributing their special reports, and their material is being offered to buyers who are coming from nine lists of people who may not even know them. That spells a lot of fresh prospects. Each one may be doing it for free, but you can bet that the whole process will mean increased sales and profits for them.
One of the fastest ways to get hold of these people is to go to marketing forums and start making lists. You might want to quickly produce your own special report and offer it to these people who might have their own book, or new product about to be launched that could use another bonus. Make a list and start developing relationships.
When you're ready to launch your book on amazon, have a date in mind, about 1 month off, and start contacting these folks with whom you already have a relationship. Ten is good, 20 would be even better. Think of the 'Buy a $30 book and get $600 in free bonuses,' impact this will have on prospects.
You can't control what happens on the day of your launch. A major war may break out, a Harry Potter sequel may be released, or you cold find yourself going up against a larger juggernaut in the same category. Just give it your best.
Try to test emails with your own list, so you can have a better chance of giving your colleagues a sales email for your book that will be most effective. Failing that, take a look at similar emails you should be getting frequently in your own inbox. Which ones seem to appear over and over again. Those are the ones that are working.
Depending on the results of a whole lot of little factors, you could easily find yourself a best-selling author by the end of the day. And that has a nice ring to it.
